Let the Reno begin!

Casa Basel is currently undergoing the beginning stages of a full-scale renovation. This includes not only fixing loose tiles in the living area, but remodeling the entire kitchen and updating it, as well as both downstairs en suite bathrooms, the third floor "honeymoon" suite and adding an en suite full bath to that room, and fixing many things that have been left to neglect or weather.

At the moment, the owners of Casa Basel are happy to answer any questions about the property and when it may come available for renters. For now, though, Casa Basel is currently "off the market" until the renovations are done.

Now that the preliminary quote, research, and lead construction manager has been in touch, we are beginning to collect sinks, faucets, and picking out granite for the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our next step will be wall paint for both the outside and inside of the property!
